Chalo, RTI-RTI Khele

A few hours back, I filed an RTI to seek info from the NTA in reference to the wrong answers to the questions asked in the CUET.

CUET was a huge management disaster orchestrated by the National Testing Agency. Is there anybody in this infinite universe who would disagree with this? Already many a piece has been written in the support of that statement, so I wouldn't elaborate on it.

The NTA had released a letter on September 8th, 2022, where they allowed the students to challenge the provisional answer key of the CUET. Because the highly qualified academicians messed up with some questions, I prepared a document and shared it through the given process on October 10th, 2022 at 20:55:51.

As expected, my claims were royally rejected. A few hours ago, I filed an RTI to know the reason behind this to-the-face rejection. Here I verbatim(except for the personal details) produce that RTI:

Dear Sir,

My CUET application number is "blanked for obvious reasons here". On September 10th, 2022 at 20:55:51, I challenged the Provisional Answer Key of the CUET Exams released by the National Testing Agency.

These were the following questions that I had challenged:

     i) Political Science: Question ID: 106619

ii) Political Science: Question ID: 106615

     iii) History: Question ID: 106536

With this use of the Right to Information Act, I seek:

           a) the final answers to the above-mentioned questions that were considered in the declaration of the results.

           b) reasons as to why each of my three claims was rejected. I paid INR 600. I’m sure, qualified professionals would have refuted my claims with substantial shreds of evidence. I seek those “substantial shreds of evidence”.

I request the concerned authorities to reply at the earliest.

Thank you.

Further updates will be provided once I receive a reply from the concerned authorities.

Cheers,

Prem
